Returns and refunds

According to art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, except as indicated in the following points and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products.

To exercise this right, the Customer must send Ischia Spaeh S.r.l. a notice of withdrawal no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products.

The communication must include the following information:

• Order number and date of purchase;
• Description of the item;
• Amount;
• IBAN to make the refund.

Upon receipt of the communication, Ischia Spaeh S.r.l. will notify the Customer via email of the methods for collecting the products. The collection of the products will take place at the expense of Ischia Spaeh S.r.l..

The refund of the amount paid will be made by bank transfer within 5 days of receipt of products.

The Customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal if it is found:

• The opening of the product, which therefore compromised its integrity;
• The absence of elements that are part of the product (e.g. case, cap, dispenser, etc.);
• Damage to the product;
• Products returned after 14 working days which represent the maximum return period.
