TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

We invite you to carefully read the conditions below, and to print them and/or save them on another durable medium of your choice. This site (hereinafter the "Site") is owned by Ischia Spaeh Srl., with registered office in Ischia (NA) at via Nuova Cartaromana, 111, tax code and registration in the Naples Company Register no. 06956161217 VAT no. 06956161217, REA Naples no. 851619 and is dedicated to retail sales to subjects identified by the data entered when completing the registration form (hereinafter referred to as "Customer"). Ischia Spaeh srl complies with the law on distance selling (Legislative Decree 185/99).

General conditions

These general conditions of sale are the only applicable ones and replace any other conditions, unless otherwise specified in writing.

The company Ischia Spaeh Srl reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale; it is necessary to reread before placing an order on the site www.ischiaspaeh.it. Such changes will be immediately opposable to the Customer, starting from their publication and cannot be applied to contracts concluded previously. Ischia Spaeh Srl considers that, by confirming his order, the Customer has read and accepted without reservations these general conditions of sale. The methods of transport and payment are listed in detail in the relevant sections and are to be considered an integral and essential part of this contract. The methods of processing personal data (privacy) are listed in the relevant section and are also to be considered an integral part of this contract.

Site Registration

Orders can only be placed after the customer has correctly registered on the Site. By accepting the conditions through the order form, the Customer acknowledges and declares that he has read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and that he fully accepts the general conditions of sale.

The contract stipulated between Ischia Spaeh Srl and the Customer must be considered concluded at the moment in which the order forwarded by the Customer reaches the Site's databases.

How to purchase products

The Customer can only purchase the products available in the Site's catalogue at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant technical sheets. The order cannot be placed if the products present are indicated as unavailable. In any case, the products present on the Site are offered until their availability runs out. The image accompanying the product description sheets may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in colour and accessory elements present in the figure. The technical information supporting the purchase of the products is provided directly by Ischia Spaeh Srl and must be considered as generic information material.

Acceptance of order

The order sent by the Customer will be binding for Ischia Spaeh Srl only if the entire order procedure has been completed regularly and correctly without any error messages being highlighted by the Site.

Ischia Spaeh Srl is not responsible for malfunctions depending on the data transmission network manager. Before sending the order, the Customer can identify and correct any errors in the entry of personal data and/or addresses or number of products.

The Customer will receive confirmation of the order placed in his email inbox with a summary of the products, their prices and the general and specific conditions applicable to the order itself.

Sale prices on the Site

All prices displayed on the Site include VAT. They are net of transport costs and any discounts due to promotional codes.

Ischia Spaeh Srl reserves the right to make changes to sales prices at any time and without prior notice of any kind.

Billing

For each order it will be possible to issue a regular commercial invoice that the Customer will find in the appropriate section of his/her personal page and therefore it is necessary/mandatory to indicate the VAT number.

Payment Security

Purchases made on the ischiaspaeh.it website are safe and guaranteed.

Online payment by credit card is completely risk-free. The payment information is encrypted during transmission and managed directly by Banca Sella. Under no circumstances will the company Ischia Spaeh srl become aware of the credit card number, nor will it process or store the data provided on its systems. The Company will simply receive communication of the positive outcome of the transaction.

Safety certificate

To ensure maximum security in purchases, payment information transmitted via the Internet is encrypted by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Advance Bank Transfer : in case of payment by advance bank transfer, the execution of the delivery of the order ordered by the Customer will be kept suspended until the amount due has been credited to the bank account of Ischia Spaeh Srl. To speed up the order processing times, it is possible to send the transfer slip via email to team@ischiaspae.it. The coordinates of the account to which the transfer should be made are as follows: IBAN: IT15A0538739931000042866847 - BIC /SWIFT: BPMOIT22XXX. Please enter the order number (present on the order summary received via email) in the reason for the transfer.
  • Payment with PayPal service: it is a secure online payment system that requires opening an account with PayPal.
  • Payment by credit and debit card: Visa, MasterCard, PostePay, American Express, Visa Electron, other rechargeable credit cards are accepted.
  • Cash on delivery (cash on delivery): there is an additional cost of €5 . Cash on delivery is only available for deliveries within Italy for purchases up to €999.

Delivery

For deliveries to the address indicated by the Customer, Ischia Spaeh Srl uses the private carrier SDA or another express courier. Please refer to the specific section for more information.

Force majeure

Ischia Spaeh Srl will make every effort to honor its obligations. However, the Company cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include strikes, wars, natural disasters and any other event that makes the production, transportation or delivery of the products impracticable.

Competent Court

These Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian Law. For anything not specifically indicated in these Conditions, reference is made to Legislative Decree 185/99 "implementation of Directive 97/7 on consumer protection in respect of distance contracts". For any dispute regarding these Conditions or the sale of products, the Court of Naples will have jurisdiction.
